Blogspot started to piss me off…..and I think this one isn't blocked from MLC….o well what better way to start then with my personality disorders….

Below are ten commonly recognized personality patterns, or types. Study them carefully, and see which is most similar to you and several people close to you. (Also, observe which types you tend to be attracted to, and which repel you. Most psychologists believe people whose personality styles repel us the most affect us in this way because they actually remind us of characteristics we have within which we deny!)

—–x—–x—–x—–x—–

1. Charming and well-spoken, adventurous and daring, passionate and cunning, this person usually likes an exciting, fast-paced environment in which he is forced to live by his wits.

2. Sensitive and intuitive, loyal and reliable, independent and self-reliant, liking a minimum of new people or experiences, with a shy temperament in childhood and a nervous system that is easily excited.

3. Emotional and expressive, spontaneous and uninhibited, imaginative and curious, liking a creative and permissive environment in which they're free to pursue their passions.

4. Thoughtful and considerate, faithful and devoted, agreeable and cooperative, preferring secure, soothing environments in which they can make their own decisions but are able to lean on others.

5. Dramatic and entertaining, affectionate and loving, stylish, generous and imaginative, they like artistic environments in which they receive attention and admiration for expressing themselves.

6. Confident and self-assured, shrewd and sharp, enterprising and ambitious, liking environments where they can match wits with others and come out on top.

7. Conscientious and detail-oriented, intense and single-minded, ethical and principled, they do best in an environment that is organized and orderly, and in which hard work and attention to detail are rewarded.

8. Discerning and observant, attentive and perceptive, loyal, protective and independent, they like to operate in situations in which caution and wariness are rewarded, and in which people are not required to reveal themselves or otherwise make themselves vulnerable.

9. Independent and self-possessed, calm and even-tempered, levelheaded and difficult to upset, these individuals like environments that are rather chaotic and challenging, but that do not make emotional demands; they may work well in isolation, and are indifferent to either approval or criticism from others.

10. Original and unconventional, creative and open-minded, independent and self-directed, they like unconventional environments in which their embrace of the unusual and the fantastic is applauded.
